Director Statement

YOUR TURN is a film that doesn't take itself too seriously. It pokes fun at the behavior of college fraternity members I've seen around my campus while commenting on their questionable initiation practices to incoming members. Their love for cheap beer, nicotine products, vulgarity, the word "valid" and snapbacks is at the forefront as we explore the ridiculousness and absurdity that the fraternity environment encapsulates. We showcase how far people will go to change others to fit their idea of community, forcing them to stray from their own identity to be accepted.
