Your Eyes
Your Eyes is a film project that depicts the friendship story between Emily and Vee, two different women who live in a hostile patriarchal society, where Big Eyes are watching them in the streets and Big Hands touching them in transports.
Vee teaches Emily how to punch holes in Big Hands and Big Eyes to respond to sexual harassment.

Sophie Marka is a storyteller, a colour lover and award winning filmmaker.
She graduated from EMCA and Gobelins in France, two super cool animation schools, and has worked in different animation studios as storyboarder, animator, designer and background painter.
Then she went to the Royal College of Art for a Master Degree. There, she tried live action, and since then she absolutely loves it.
She now does both animation and live action films.
She likes to turn ideas into visual things. She enjoys directing films and designing projects from concept to completion.
In 2017, she did a writing for animation residency in Meknes, Morocco, organized by NEF Animation, where she developed short film project. She also did in 2018 another residency in Japan, the Media Arts Creators, in Tokyo.
She has worked for advertising agencies like BETC and HRCLS in France, and also for Disney Channel in London and Cartoon Saloon, amongst other clients.
