Hi I'm Luke I have been a director for about 5 years now, making low-budget, indie horror and dramatic shorts. I aim to keep a sense of realness to my stories and incorporate the struggles and conflicts of interpersonal relationships into my work.
This film is full of anger between the male and female characters, their wants and needs, in the traditional sense, and a lot of misunderstanding between the two leads them to their end. There is such violence below the surface of human emotions, and I wanted to bring that forth in a way that was engaging and vibrant. People get hurt in this film, not just the main characters, and I wanted to make that clear. In this film, you will encounter flawed, violent, and irrational characters with messy results that end in struggle and strife. The film, I believe, ends on a note that I think rings true. This film is a very potent reminder of female strength and male desire.
