My name is Taylor Rehders, I am currently a graduating Class of 2023 Animation Major student at Woodbury University. My goal to peruse 3D Background Modeling, Props, and Effects in the Animation Entertainment Industry. I specialize in Sci-Fi and Fantasy stories/environments, and most specially the combination of the two.

Along with school, I currently work as a Supervisor at a movie theatre, where I am able to work with all films of the like. This way I am always connected to my passion whether it be at school or work.

Two words, chase scene. This was the first thought that came to mind when I was making my film. From there on I developed this idea into the story I now present to you today.

This piece contains many visual elements that are common in most of my works, all of
which generate from my favoring of a sci-fi influence in genre and design; specifically having technology and nature coexisting with one another.

For the story, I wanted this film to have a connection, therefore I chose to pull reference
from my life and create a film with a wholesome message with dashes of comedy and action mixed into it. Using the current distance that separates my sister and I as we pursue
our own career paths but still being able to maintain a connection to one another through our family cat, Arya, as the main story influence for this work.

I hope that those who watch my film will remember that those you hold close will always find a way back to you, sometimes all it takes is a little chaos.
