Yesterday, Today, and, Forever

Cyrus McCoy, an egotistical genius, convinces his sister to join him in testing his new time machine, but only when he agrees to let her choose the destinations. On Christmas Eve in nineteenth century London, they encounter Christ-focused festivity and generosity, but Cyrus is more interested in the financial gain is invention could bring. Next, Nancy takes him to eighth century Ireland, where they witness a girl sacrificing her position for the Lord's work. This more sober Christmas sparks a question within Cyrus: "Why would she leave everything?" Her answer leads to an inner struggle between affirming the man he has spent years creating, and admitting that he has gained nothing of true value.

Director Biography - Christina Diggles

Christina's journey in the arts began before she was born, hearing her father sing. At the age of nine she joined her family in full-time ministry.

Her love of music has led her into the realm of songwriting and composition, as well as scripting and selecting songs for several Christmas programs. Her other interests include reading, gardening, traditional cooking/nutrition, and various handcrafts such as spinning. She is also currently writing a series of allegorical fantasy books for children of all ages. She enjoys helping arrange The Diggles Family`s unique blend of music, and plays a myriad of instruments. During the year she plays the violin (her favorite), viola, acoustic guitar, and pennywhistle. At Christmas she works many other instruments into the mix including piano, cello, classical guitar, mountain and hammered dulcimer, mandolin, ukulele, bodhran drum, resonator, accordion, autoharp, and banjo!

In 2019 the Lord redirected her creative efforts, placing her at the head of a devoted team to create a film that would stretch her abilities in writing, composition, and performance. Although she loves to create, and support the creative efforts of others, her greatest love is the Lord Jesus Christ. Like Bach, she considers the glory of God the ultimate goal of her creativity.

This multi-talented artist sees her creative journey as an ongoing adventure, and looks forward to sharing more of her stories with the world.
