Director Statement

I chose to direct this film because I wanted to make a comeback into film making after a long break. While watching this film, I wanted the viewer to experience a light hearted romantic comedy for a Tamil festivity. The film shoot was completed within 6 days due to the festivity being around the corner. We kept our filming intimate and had much fun in the process. This film gave me the opportunity to not only serve as a director but also touch on the other skills, such as writing, editing, sound designing, and film scoring, that I attained through my years of being in this industry. This film has given me the confidence that as an all-rounder, I am in fact born for filmmaking.
