YOU ARE ENOUGH
Embracing imperfections and fostering self-acceptance, |YOU ARE ENOUGH| is a dance film that delves into the themes of identity, diversity, and individuality.
Evolving in a clean white space, the film unfolds the journeys of four individuals, capturing moments of life and a spectrum of emotions. Amidst these experiences, the protagonists shape their identities, exploring the beauty and complexity of humanity with a blend of poetry, sensibility, and humor.

"How many times have I heard :“I did not dare to do this, I am not good enough”, “I am not talented enough, tall, interesting, talented, brave enough… to make a project, go on a world tour, speak to this person, dump everything, speak in front of an audience…”
Throught "You are Enough", I would like to enlight how difficult it is for us to love and accept ourselves as we are. I aspire to make us relativize on ourselves and thus celebrate our perfection in being imperfect! This film is a danced love shout to accept ourselves as we really are and stop being afraid of being too fat/small/shy/… or not legitimate/smart/competent/ interesting/... enough, for doing what we really want to do.
According to me, to accept not being perfect is also an act of tolerance and acceptance of the others, that are also not perfect. It is to discover the richness of somebody, the one who thinks and acts differently from me...
