Born and raised in Diyarbakır, Ender Okur moved to Istanbul to pursue his passion for filmmaking. After receiving education in cadastral surveying, he began working as a public servant at Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality, where he has been employed for the past 12 years. Since childhood, Okur has nurtured a deep interest in cinema, psychology, and literature.
A dedicated screenwriter continuously working on creative projects, Okur bridges the realms of cinema and literature to explore psychological depth and the subtleties of the human spirit in his work.
