Luis Francisco Mateo Alicea mejor conocido por su nombre artístico "X-tra Francis" nació el 7 de junio de 2001 en el pueblo de Ponce, Puerto Rico. Luis se graduó con un grado asociado del Colegio de Cinematografía Artes y Televisión de Caguas Puerto Rico (CCAT) a la edad de 21 años.
Mientras él estudiaba participó como Co-Director y encargado de la supervision del guión del cortometraje "Strange Visit" de la casa productora "Phoenix Productions." Al terminar su participación en el cortometraje, Luis decide crear su propia casa productora llamada Elite Entertainment en el 25 de septiembre del 2021. Los primeros miembros de la casa productora son amigos de Luis de la escuela Superior Vocacional de Ponce, Puerto Rico.
Personas que Luis vió que tenían mucho potencial decidió darles la oportunidad para poder trabajar en lo que aman. Al fundar la casa productora, con tan solo un presupuesto de $150 y usando un iPhone, con solamente 6 personas del crew para grabar pudieron presentar el primer cortometraje "Identity." Un cortometraje completamente mudo y en blanco y negro; lograron viajar en septiembre del 2022 para participar en el Festival de cine "Fenacies en Uruguay y ganar segundo lugar a nivel internacional. Entertainment crece y llegan a subir de 6 miembros, a 21 miembros. En el 2022 grabaron su segundo cortometraje "Besado por el diablo" donde Luis fue el director, productor, escritor entre otros roles igual que "Identity." "Besado por el diablo" se presentó en el "Festival Ponte los Cortos" en mayo de 2023 donde recibieron 6 nominaciones y ganaron el premio de mejor cinematografía.
Al día de hoy Elite Entertainment sigue creciendo y devolviendo la importancia a lo que son las artes y el cine en el área sur de Puerto Rico.

Luis Francisco Mateo Alicea better known by his stage name "X-tra Francis" was born on June 7, 2001 in the town of Ponce, Puerto Rico. Luis graduated with an associate degree from the College of Cinematography Arts and Television of Caguas Puerto Rico (CCAT) at the age of 21.
While he was studying, he participated as Co-Director and in charge of supervising the script of the short film "Strange Visit" from the production house "Phoenix Productions." Upon finishing his participation in the short film, Luis decides to create his own production house called Elite Entertainment on September 25, 2021. The first members from the production house are friends of Luis from the Vocational High School in Ponce, Puerto Rico.
People that Luis saw had a lot of potential, he decided to give them the opportunity to work on what they love. By founding the production house, with only a budget of $150 and using an iPhone, with only 6 people from the crew to record they were able to present the first short film "Identity." A completely silent and black and white short film; They managed to travel in September 2022 to participate in the "Fenacies" Film Festival in Uruguay and win second place internationally. Seeing the success of their first work, Elite Entertainment grows and they go up from 6 members to 21 members. In 2022 they recorded their second short film "Kissed by the devil" where Luis was the director, producer, writer among other roles just like "Identity." "Kissed by the Devil" was presented at the "Ponte los Cortos Festival" in May 2023 where they received 6 nominations and won the award for best cinematography.
To this day, Elite Entertainment continues to grow and restore the importance of what the arts and cinema are.
