Director Statement

Growing up, there were no restrictions of creativity. I constantly drew, painted, sculpted, photographed, imagined. I also learned that with creativity comes education, and to understand why and how we do what we love. My dad taught me to look at the world around you in a different way. Only after I pursued an education in such a highly creative media did I truly realize how lucky I am to have such inspiring parents. My hope in documenting one of my father’s intricate passions is to shed light on his love for creating and learning, and to inspire others to cultivate the hobbies that make them happy.
