In Women Texas Film Festival’s four-day August event, we showcase the range and depth of female driven visual stories. Established and emerging female filmmakers and content creators will show that girls aren’t just made of sugar and spice. They got grit and gasoline, too.

WTxFF screens films that have a female writer, director, cinematographer, and/or editor.

The festival also hosts Q&As with filmmakers, panel discussions, bands, exclusive parties, and a gala night with filmmaker red carpet.

We were absolutely stoked to have gotten into this festival. It came highly recommended-- and it's mission was very much aligned with out film specifically, and our work as filmmakers overall. We unfortunately were unable to attend, so can't speak to that experience specifically-- but would definitely recommend the fest!

WTxFF was one of the best experiences I've ever had at a festival. The crew of that festival is They want your film seen, they want you to know you've done a great thing and it should be shared. I met some incredible people and the networking was very helpful. You will hear more from this festival! Justina and her crew are top notch. I want all my festival experiences to be as good.

Working with the Women Texas Film Festival was an amazing experience. Beyond just being organized and kind, the event that they put together was interesting, innovative, and inclusive. I wouldn't hesitate for a second to apply to and collaborate with them again.
