The Witch City Horror Film Festival (WCHFF) debuts at Cinema Salem in Salem, MA on Saturday, October 27, 2018, to celebrate local and regional independent horror film and filmmakers, the modern innovation of the horror genre and soon-to-be cult classics. Salem’s roots, dating back to the Salem Witch trials, have left a large cultural footprint, inspiring generations of artists, including filmmakers. For the first time ever, the WCHFF will bring the best of local and regional horror film to the silver screen during Halloween weekend.

With this being year one for us, we're looking to showcase a day's worth of horror films, but unfortunately no awards or prizes.

We were excited and honored to be part of this festival its first year. They do a great job of promotion and looping in filmmakers to their media appearances. Looking forward to watching this festival grow and, hopefully, to be a part of it in years to come.
