Director Statement

Have you ever bought a plant to bring life into your room? How often have you gotten so caught up in life that you forgot to acknowledge it, let alone water it? I know I have.
But, have you ever imagined how that plant feels as it wilts away under your care?

I am not green-thumbed. Despite all the plants under my care, I never thought about their thoughts, feelings, or points of view. So while going through a rough patch in life, I looked at the green onion on my windowsill and thought, “That’s depressing.” Then, I pursued that vision with hope for the future.

It happens so often too, a neglected plant by a window, yet it’s a story never told.
