Who's Protecting Our National Bird?
Citizens across the country fight to save bald eagles from habitat loss. This shocking exposé reveals how the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service allowed two warehouses to be built five feet from an active bald eagle nest in Manassas, Virginia, and how they routinely get away with it.

It wasn’t until I was 51, over half a century old, that I saw our Nation’s bird in the wild for the first time. To witness our city, state, and federal representatives allow for the desecration of our only bald eagle habitat in the name of economic development didn’t sit right with me. I knew this had to be exposed and documented, especially when I discovered this is happening all over our country. Even in Eagle, Idaho, residents fought to save their one remaining eagle nest. This documentary follows the plight of the Manassas, Virginia eagles, and also features stories from other locations where concerned citizens have stepped up to protect these beautiful and majestic creatures.
