Agreement.
This agreement is between the "White Nights Film Festival" (WNFF) and the copyright holders of the films. It will take effect upon submission of an application. WNFF has no restrictions on film genres or styles, but the duration of each film should not exceed 150 minutes, and it must be at most two years old when it is screened at the festival. The film does not have to be a world premiere; all films selected must comply with Russian Federation laws and moral and ethical standards. All materials will be available online through partner websites or the festival's own website. A jury will select films based on their quality, not on whether or not the creators paid an entrance fee. Entrance fees are not refundable, but they don't guarantee a 100% screening of the film.Any materials submitted to WNFF will not be returned. WNFF has the right to use all promotional materials and film trailers for posting on its website and in media channels and social networks. Materials in Russian and English must be subtitled in either English or Russian. We recommend using films that have been officially selected and have Russian subtitles. Festival participants must submit a copy of their film in any digital format online. Films selected for the festival will need to pass government screening tests. Obtaining rental certificates is not required for non-profit screenings at the festival, according to the legislation of the Russian Federation. WNFF reserves the right to change the dates, times, venues and other details of this agreement without notice. WNFF is not obligated to inform film producers of changes. By submitting your application, you agree to receive emails with news, promotions, and other materials from WNFF. The new agreement will go into effect immediately upon publication of the festival's website and partner platforms.
By submitting an application, you electronically sign the agreement and agree to all terms and conditions outlined above. The festival is organized by Autonomous Non-Profit Organization for Arts Development "Festival Plus."
