Director Biography - Justin Tan

Justin Tan is a Cambodian Canadian filmmaker, born and raised in Montreal before moving to Ottawa for his secondary education. At 17, he founded Parseptchien Pictures, a company focused on producing and distributing Canadian films made by his generation to worldwide audiences and plans to release three more projects this year. Currently, he is based in Toronto, studying film at the Image Arts program.
