Whiplash
Whiplash follows the band "Snidely Whiplash" through the Boston club scene of the 90's. The film was filmed, directed, and edited by Cole Sheerin. The film serves as a dedication to the band's late drummer, John "Tonto" Taranto. It is 51 minutes in length.

Cole Sheerin was born in Florida in 2001, but has lived in the Boston/Worcester area for most of his life. He is currently attending Wheaton College pursuing a degree in Film & New Media. His career goal is to become a professional editor with the ability to pursue personal filmmaking. He will graduate and begin pursuing his MFA in Editing in 2023.
"Whiplash" is my first independent documentary and my first film. It began as an idea to make a video about my dad's old band, and has evolved into one of my proudest achievements yet. I hope you enjoy the film, and thank you for your time and consideration!
