Director Biography - Kurtis Chen

Kurtis Chen is a Toronto filmmaker, designer, and urbanist. His work examines the intersectional relationship of ecology, technology, and society in the built environment, especially as it relates to the climate crisis and equity. Kurtis hopes to use film as a tool to explore and communicate the breadth of urban issues while advocating for cooperative, inter-disciplinary problem solving.
