Director Statement

Musicians, filmmakers, artists, writers, actors - at times, it's scary to let the world see your story. The outside voices can discourage us to stop making art. It can choke us of our creativity. But WTMF is a story that encourages you to overcome those voices of doubt. Expressed with colorful imagery and boppin' original music, Emily's journey to find her own voice to drown out her mom's negativity is a story we can all draw hope from.
