Ryan Kelly is an award winning film maker and United States Navy veteran who was born and raised in San Diego, California. He has a passion for cinematography and loves to find new ways to move the camera. Recently, his short film SAFE WITH ME screened at the 2018 Comic Con International Film Festival and his film WHAT'S IN THE BOX won the 2018 48 Hour Film Project San Diego. Ryan is continuing to hone his story telling craft with short films with the goal of sharing his first feature film with the world in the near future.
