What if

Is a futuristic look of the past imagining an alternative world where India would have not been colonised by the British. Its a film that looks into how far back can we imagine a world where we were never colonised and my ancestors has not been brought to Malaysia nearly 5 generations ago. Capitalism Realism, as proposed by Mark Fisher, questions the widespread acceptance of capitalism as the only viable system. In this alternate reality, India might have had the opportunity to establish economic systems that align more closely with its cultural and social values. Where our traditional architecture coexists with nature. It is a look into an alternative reality where I imagine we were never colonised.
