In creating "What Was Lost," I aimed to explore the profound and universal themes of self-discovery and the journey through grief and loss. The story of Robyn, written by Will Collard, allowed me to delve into the complexities of human emotions, the resilience of the human spirit, and the transformative power of memories. Through this film, I wanted to convey the idea that losing someone dear not only leaves a void in our lives but also challenges us to find new versions of ourselves.
"What Was Lost" is a deeply personal film that I hope resonates with audiences on an emotional level. Grief is a universal experience, and I believe that sharing these intimate stories on the screen can provide a sense of catharsis and understanding for those who have faced similar struggles. By depicting the complexities of loss, love, and human connection, I aspire to remind viewers of the importance of cherishing the moments we have with the ones we love.
