Andre, a new nurse, is asked to replace his nursing partner who cannot attend to look after an elderly disabled person named Sullivan. Strange things happened when Andre was taking care of him, Sullivan disappeared without a trace. Without realizing it, Andre begins to uncover Sullivan's horrifying secret.

Justin Dylan was born on May 26, 2001 in a poor village area in West Jakarta and grew up watching monster and horror films. Since junior high school, he has also written and directed plays, films and other visual works.

Justin Dylan is now working as an Indonesian actor, screenwriter, producer and director who has made various works such as Simple Delight (2020) and 4 Feet 2 Wheels (2021).

(EN) The title of this film, "What Lies Under" also describes the message to be conveyed in this film. The director wants to reveal the true nature of humans that they hide behind their 'mask'. Starting from those who have the character of a saint but are actually a hypocrite, or even someone who looks friendly but is in fact a vicious killer.
