What I Carry
Anandhu, a young man from India, arrives in the UK, excited but nervous about starting his new life as a student. Having grown up on a diet of English horror films and spurred on by tales from his friends and brother, Anandhu is convinced that most UK houses are haunted by their former residents.
On his first night in his new home, Anandhu discovers strange noises and eerie shadows, prompting his overactive imagination to run wild. Unbeknownst to him, these "ghostly" occurrences are simply the antics of his housemates, who he hasn't met yet. The creaking floors, sudden drafts, and mysterious figures are all part of their everyday lives, but to Anandhu, they are signs of a haunting.
As Anandhu tries to fend off the supposed ghosts with hilariously ineffective methods, his housemates become increasingly confused by his odd behavior. The misunderstanding reaches a comical peak when Anandhu attempts an impromptu exorcism, only to finally come face-to-face with his very human housemates.
