The Westminster Film Festival aims to bring together student, independent, and amateur filmmakers from across the United States to show off their work and collaborate as artists. This is an opportunity for first-time filmmakers to see their films live-streamed for a wide audience and earn recognition among other local filmmakers joining in.

-Submissions MUST be from within the United States.
-Submissions must be 25 minutes or under.
-Music video submissions must contain original music and/or lyrics. Copyright laws are still in effect.
-Waivers for submission fees are not available.

    What a great festival pivoting to virtual in 2020. Well done. I appreciate the ease which folks can watch the films over the course of several days with flexibility to their schedules. As a filmmaker, it was a great honor to be included and to be chosen as Best of Fest was a huge cap to a great experience. I'm excited to see what an in-person festival will look like next year. I hope to keep involved.
