West Eleven Seven

This is a story about a young man, who while running from the police, ducks into an old downtown building.  As he catches his breath, he hears the faint cries of a woman coming from a distant basement room.  While investigating the cries, he discovers a woman being held hostage by a deranged psychotic photographer.  He devises a plan to rescue her from his clutches.
