Weavers

The wooden shuttle pulls the cotton thread on the loom, the creak of the wood echoes the sound of feet, and the exquisite pieces of Dong cloth are unfolded in the hands of the hard-working and honest Dong weavers. Yang Shenghua learned from her mother to be a skillful weaver girl of the Dong family, and now she has passed on her skilled embroidery skills to her daughter-in-law, Yang Yanfang. Yang Zhengxian, as a role model for a new generation of young women, has seen the outside world, but chooses to return to this land to continue traditional skills. On the wind and rain bridge in Dali Dong village, they sang Dong songs while weaving. The weaving and embroidery skills were passed down from generation to generation in the melodious Dong songs.
