We Are Them - A Poetic Homage to London from the Air

'We Are Them' is the overriding sense of being isolated in a crowd. So close as to even lean on each other on our daily commutes, we remain nonetheless fiercely solitary souls - yearning privately for the open space and those endless possibilities that we in turn fantasise over and truly, deeply fear. Regardless, the enduring, unspoken sense of a wider community within our urban, sprawling lifestyles overrides this in times of crisis and in need - times where the city and the people rise up in beauty and strength. Combining aerial drone footage with spoken word poetry, We Are Them shows us a London from above we may not have seen before - and speaks from the hearts of a thousand Londoners of the brittle vulnerability that both the people and the city share.
