You can't make art for someone else. Do what you love! Take the risk, and what is meant for you will not pass you by.
As a first-time film artist, I’m still exploring the depth of my passion as well as testing the boundaries of my art. I once read that in order to discover true potential and beauty in what you do, you have to start by creating something real, taking the risk, not knowing if you will succeed or fail. Sensorial imagery has always been my primary focus; forcing my audience to see, hear and feel my message, while exploring the depth of my mind’s darker nature. My goal is to reach my audience on a deeper level, exposing our fragile existence, teetering on the delicate balance between light and dark, good and evil, while asking the bigger question, what really is good or evil? Do those concepts truly exist, and how often do people pull back the surface of our facades to expose the truth that lies beneath? What gives us the strength to fight our demons? I’m not everyone’s cup of tea, but I do believe that we all silently battle with demons in one way or another, and my goal when producing art will always be to teach others that they are never alone.
