Walks on sand

"Walks on Sand" is a personal documentary that follows me as I return to my childhood town of La Goulette after the passing of my father. Accompanied by my partner, I film the town, its picturesque beaches, and its inhabitants, with the aim of establishing a deep connection with the space and capturing a fresh perspective. Through intimate conversations and beautiful visuals, the film explores my quest for solace, nostalgia, and the rekindling of memories, inviting viewers to reflect on their own relationship with their hometown and the profound impact of revisiting the past.
