The final song of the mixtape “7’s Deadly Sins”.

Directed, shot and edited by students at Coventry University.
As a group this is our very first music video and we wanted to create something memorable with beautiful striking imagery, taking heavy inspirations from music videos for artists such as Kendrick Lamar, Baby Keem and Vince Staples.

The shoot itself took just 3 days and only consisted of 3 locations, with around a month of planning beforehand.
Shot using a Sony Fx9 and a Sony A7S iii with DZO and Zeiss prime lenses.

“The whole meaning behind the tape is talking about these things we call sins and just contextualising them into everyday stories, and showing that we are all going through stuff and going through these things, nobody is perfect but we are all trying to get better. Walk On Water is like the final reflection of that, acknowledging that we’re not perfect, we’re all trying to get better and all we need is just that little bit of faith to be able to rise above all of these things.” - Clavis 7even.
