"Walked when I should have ran"
“ Walked when I should have ran and I ran when I should have walked “ A dance, a moment about overthinking, about doubting what is the “right” thing to do, when is the “right” moment to do what? Is my choice right? How to make the “right decisions while inside of me dominates chaos? And when I decide, is my choice accepted? Holding emotions inside which should be expressed, which should find their way out of the chest. A battle between emotions and the rational mind.
A dance in a neutral space, although imposing with its big columns, holding the space, giving hold, giving structure, giving somehow the safety to take a risk? Or are the columns the external pressures and expectations that we often feel when making important decisions. What is the way to recognize these influences but also to find a way to navigate them without letting them dominate our choices?

Norah Noush (artist name) is a professional dancer and choreographer originally from Luxembourg, who has been living in London since January 2023. She is mainly active in hip hop/urban dance, commercial, and contemporary dance industry, but also has some knowledge of afro and latin dance. Her dance performances range from live shows in cultural venues such as theatres, museums, and cultural centers, to more commercial work such as street events, stage performances as a background dancer, and music videos. While her activities mainly take place in Luxembourg, she has also performed in other locations such as a show in Brussels and a commercial for Ferrero Rocher in Berlin.
Norah has already directed several projects, including "Odyssey" (a live-performance in a castle garden), "MANA" (a co-production dance video produced for International Women’s Day), and "Fluency" (a dance performance combining visual art and drawing with dance in an old train station). She is currently choreographing a performance for an event aimed at raising awareness of the injustice and poor working conditions in the clothing industry. She likes to combine different art forms in her performances and explore different themes to raise people's awareness of various issues, such as injustice and mental health.
She is currently training with "BirdGang," a dance company based in London.
In addition to her creative work, Norah is a passionate dance teacher who enjoys sharing her knowledge with others.
