Benjamin Sebbagh is born in 1995 in Paris. After studyng applied arts, literature and animation, he went to the European Superior School of Image of Angouleme (equivalent of Fine Arts), specialized in comic books.
As a polyvalent artist, he practices drawing, music, photography and filming. Mixing all those mediums, he began making experimental films while studying.
After finishing school where he got a National Art Diploma, he got into directing animated music clips.
His first work, Waiting for you, is a mix between stop-motion animation and traditionnal animation.
Yohanan Bernacchi is born in 1993, in the suburb of Paris.
He studied cinema, and then animation at LISAA (Superior Institute of Applied Arts) where he specialized in the conception of layout.
After making his final-year student film, Rem, he went on an artistic residency at the Supamonks Studio, where he worked on the animated short Laundromat. He then spent one year in Lille, working for the Redfrog Studio. As he went back to Paris, he started collaborating with Benjamin Sebbagh, to make his fiirst stop motion film, Waiting for you.
After working two years in a squat, being expelled from one to another (breaking the principal set meanwhile), we are very proud of our short film (and really really pleased to have finished it) .
Although it is not perfect, we are looking forward to improve and make another short film, that would be a novel adaptation.
