What we don't talk about enough is- how do you advocate for yourself staying alive when you no longer wish to live?

Director Biography - Alex Miklowski

Alex Miklowski (she/her) is a disabled multimedia artist, musician, and filmmaker. She makes drawings, paintings, photographs, films, videos, shrines, zines, and music. Her work frequently addresses the failings of capitalism, the American healthcare system, and Boston's ongoing housing crisis. She writes and plays music with her band, REKLAMA, among other musical projects. Originally from Warsaw, Poland, Alex currently lives in Boston, MA with 5 other housemates and her cat Doomsday Ramone.
