Voice for the Voiceless
This film follows three generations of Ugandans in their fight to bring quality education to their village.
Enid, her son Martin and her adopted son Titus have all spent their lives in Kikobero. This is a hard-to-reach village with poor quality roads, lack of basic amenities and a lack of good schooling.
Martin and his parents are committed to bringing a quality school to the village so that children are able to break away from the traditional way of life and explore more opportunities. This 18 minute film follows part of that journey.

Making films to give a voice to those who are not often heard is my passion.
I graduated from University in 2011 with a BA in International Development before working the charity sector for 4 years. I then re-trained as an English teacher and I am now in my fourth year of teaching working at an international school in Myanmar.
Since university, filmmaking has been goal and I would use my time outside of work to collaborate on film projects, volunteer at film festivals as well as occasionally working as a runner (using my annual leave to do so). I have now finished my first solo film project 'Voice to the Voiceless' which I funded and directed. I am beyond excited to be sharing this project with the world and I am excited to be considering my next solo project.
