VITALY UYMANOV was born on May 12th, 1986, in Togliatti, Russia. Finished a two-year program for “Directing and Screenwriting” at the Institute of Cinematography in 2018. Two previous shorts «Fish» (2020) and «Stepka» (2021) were competed in Kinotavr.Shorts. «Papa» is a third short movie of him.
