Experiencing Interruptions?

Violence stops everything

Violence towards health workers is a phenomenon of global importance in size and severity.

About half of the aggressive events at work affect health workers, especially nurses and, among them, those who work in the psychiatric and emergency room, especially those engaged in triage.

Furthermore, almost unexplored territory is the phenomenon of attacks on health workers also in other health contexts, such as in all hospital stays or in the territory, where perhaps less striking episodes occur, not always related to physicality, but still subtle, continuous and able to affect the motivational aspects of the operators.

The aim of the awareness campaign is to return a photograph that illustrates the extent of the phenomenon and to hit users by triggering personal reflections and public debate on the subject of attacks on health personnel.
