Viewership (10 Minute Theatrical Version)
Orchestrated by up and coming director Joey Miller, this synthesizer orchestra is a masquerade through modern American youth. Spanning student protests, a cross country road trip, and the gallows of our own subconscious desires, this experimental odyssey soundtracked by Miller's own band- Dumb Angel- is a must-see Rorschach painting of a debut film.

Joey Miller is a 21 year old multimedia artist from Camden County, New Jersey, who currently resides in Philadelphia, PA. Evolving personal experiments in filmmaking since childhood, Joey garnered career success in later teen years with a highly evaluated portfolio of self-produced movies and illustrated works, earning hefty scholarship to study Film/Animation, Fine Arts, and Music Production/Business at The University of the Arts in Philadelphia, PA. Before embarking for higher education, Joey’s dedication was recognized with a New Jersey State Governor’s Award for outstanding students in 2022.
While enrolled- and since The University of the Arts’ sudden closure- dreams of translating a deep love for creative process through drawing into moving pictures actualized into hands-on study, inspiring arrays of stories demanding to be told, with new visual techniques calling to be explored. While honing hand-drawn character animation for future endeavors, outlets for fresh tales have varied from intricate avant-garde films to stage performance, gallery installations to musical compositions, and even subversive approaches to advertisement-based media.
When asked what is functionally unique about the end products, Joey usually points to the byproduct of indulging in hobbies- which has kept the light for creative solution-finding sparked, and amassed into a dynamic portfolio of work. Developing new ideas from combining items in a personal backlog of experiments in both production process and narrative- ensures a degree of customization during creation which lends itself to stretching the status-quo with a unique personality found in each new project.
