Victoria Keffer is a scriptwriter, author and editor. She's worked on an eclectic range of books, from devotionals to science fiction, along with 109 children's stories. Her screenplay adaptation of her novel, "The Vicar Takes A Wife," is a 3x finalist for Best Script and 3x winner (Best Reading of a Feature Script, 4th Place Best Western Feature, Best First Time Female Screenwriter). Her pilot script for "Declaration," a TV series in development, won Best Comedy TV Pilot and is a multi-nominee semifinalist and finalist for Best TV Script.
