Director Biography - Wil Exavier

Wil Exavier is a senior filmmaking major at Montclair State University. He has created multiple short films throughout his college career, including It's Only Life (2013), and a diverse documentary, Blood, Sweat, and Friends: The Art of Backyard Wrestling (2014). He has also worked on various film projects, including American Waste (2014), New World Comics (2014), and Die Lecia En Wald (2012). He loves any positions on film project, both on production and post. He hopes to work in the field professionally as a member of the Gripping & Electric team, working his way up to eventually becoming a cinematographer, and eventually a director. His inspirations include the works of Gus Van Sant, Derek Cianfrance, David Fincher, Spike Lee, and the Coen Brothers.

Director Statement

My goal of this film was to make people aware of the effects that bullying has on society. People need to be know that both sides are victims and both need help. We shouldn't leave one without care.
