Hello, everyone! I'm Vasav, a passionate 3D Generalist and Animator based in Savannah, Georgia. My journey in digital art began with a deep fascination for the intersection of art and technology. I specialize in creating intricate environments, compelling characters, and detailed props for film and games, blending both stylized and realistic concepts to bring stories to life.

I completed my MFA in Animation from the Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD), where I developed expertise in 3D design, visualization, and animation. This education equipped me with a solid foundation in the artistic and technical aspects of animation, enabling me to push the boundaries of digital art and storytelling. My background includes working with various media such as drawing, painting, photography, cinematography, and sound design, reflecting my multidisciplinary approach to creativity.

Professionally, I've had diverse experiences that have enriched my skills. As a Junior Designer and Illustrator at a Design Consultancy, I gained valuable insights into the creative industry, which fueled my passion for animation. At SCAD, I also served as a Teaching Assistant, mentoring students in 3D design and software like ZBrush, Substance Painter, and Maya Dynamics.

My latest project, "JALAJ," epitomizes my commitment to pushing animation's boundaries. This animated music video explores the intersection of sacred traditions and modern culture through the journey of an Indian monk and a New York rapper. By blending devotional Indian classical music with the vibrant beats of hip-hop, "JALAJ" delves into themes of cultural exchange, commercialization, and personal growth. Set against the serene Ganges River and the dynamic urban landscape of New York City, the project aims to provoke thought and inspire dialogue on cultural diversity and transformation.
