Rules & Terms

Priority is given to filmmakers and artists who are willing and able to physically attend the event in Las Vegas. We can assist with Visa Invitation letters for international filmmakers and artists.

In order to encourage and foster a healthy environment for Networking, Officially Selected Filmmakers are encouraged to stay at the host hotel, (unless they are local). We are sure to negotiate the most affordable hotel rates possible in order to suit your budget.
