After a chance encounter at a liquor store, three addicts begin their respective journeys towards getting clean.

Peter, the young junkie, seeks help from a seasoned veteran addict in recovery. Penny, a high-functioning alcoholic school teacher, navigates the murky waters of secretly drinking on the job. And Joey, a paranoid smack addict, spirals farther down the rabbit hole of heroin-induced mania.

Director Statement

After overcoming his own battle with addiction, Paul was inspired to make his directorial debut by showcasing the depths those will go to when in its vice-like grip. This film aims to open the door to the conversation surrounding the drug and alcohol abuse epidemic in this country and serve as a sort of catharsis for those looking to get clean.
