Director Biography - Ahmad Al-Zu'bi

Ahmad Al-Zu'bi is a Jordanian student filmmaker currently pursuing a BFA in Studio Art at the School of the Museum of Fine Arts at Tufts. At 14, Ahmad became the youngest participant of the Royal Film Commission's Digital Filmmaking Workshop where he wrote and directed his first short film 'Mastorah'. Since then, through narrative filmmaking and video art, Ahmad has continued to develop a style rooted in a formal exploration of the mundane and an atmospheric unpacking of personal spaces.
