Director Biography - Arvind Garg

Arvind Garg is a fine-art photographer and a born flaneur who finds his subject mostly by chance encounter. He often shoots short video of things, strange and ordinary, that he notices on his random walks in New York City and makes short films out of them. This is the first time he has entered one of his creations in a film festival.
