Ungeduld (impatience)
Expectations create resentment - especially when they remain unspoken. The film shows two realities that could not be further apart. And all under one roof. A relationship drama that allows itself to take things to the extreme.

Katy Puchalla is an artist and filmmaker. She was born in 1993 in Hamburg, Germany. Both of her parents worked as theater actors and in her childhood she used to travel around with them a lot. She always loved stories, art and people.
She studied communication design. Since then she has been working as a videographer, artist and designer.
She has been traveling a lot and because of her deep interested in people, society and how to live a happy life, she studied a bit of philosophy, psychology and sociology on the way and learned the technique of The Work by Byron Katie.
Since 2018 she's been working independently and together with Phillip Ritterbusch she created die.Filmproduktion, an indie filmmaking studio to make german cinema relevant again.
Nowadays Katy has her atelier in St. Pauli, Hamburg. She has been part of several exhibitions and right now she is in Halabja (Irak) to film a documentary.
This short film is the first story of a planned series.
What happens when people are not honest with their feelings - especially to themselves? It's simply a fight against reality with the potential for several wacky exaggerated stories. Let's begin!
