UNDER THE SURFACE becomes a way out where young women coming from different social and cultural backgrounds, talk about how their apparently normal lives are all linked by one element.
This three-minute short film is the teaser trailer of a much longer project which has the aim to explore a social situation that has always been present and has seen the development of a more diffuse discussion lately. It’s not only about the description of the consequences that specific behaviors have on the mental and physical equilibrium of a person, but rather how they create a radical change in communication within modern society.
