Director Biography - Jeffrey Gabriel Silva

Jeffrey Gabriel Silva is a Chicago based filmmaker who is passionate about storytelling. His work has been programmed at the iO Theater, the Chicago Comedy Film Festival, and the Midwest Film Fest. Jeff is pursuing an MFA degree in Directing at DePaul University’s School of Cinematic Arts.

Director Statement

The story of a woman teetering on the brink of death and the hallucinations she experiences while trying to separate truth from fiction was a fascinating character study to explore. The range of emotions that the character navigates condensed in one final day force a reflection of personal thoughts and anxieties regarding life and death.
