Shannon Rayne, originally from Winnipeg, is a comedy writer and director living in Vancouver. Her comedy monologue "Not a West Coast Girl...Yet" won Audience Choice at the Vancouver Quarantine Performance Festival, and her comedy TV pilots have received top honours at the Austin Film Festival.
