Valeria, a loyal, hard working but sensible woman, has found out that her boyfriend, Franco, has fallen into the drug addiction, again. After listening to her friends’ advice to leave him and tolerating Franco to the point of knowing she can’t help him anymore, Valeria realizes that she’s in the relationship for Franco’s benefit and not her’s.

Director Biography - Adriana Ortiz

Adriana Ortiz Noriega was born in San Juan, Puerto Rico in 1996. She studied from Elementary School to High School in Colegio Nuestra Señora Del Carmen, a private catholic school in Río Piedras, Puerto Rico where she discovered her passion for film. When she graduated high school, she was accepted in Universidad del Sagrado Corazón, where she studied Digital Film Production with a minor in Producing and Marketing Events. Ultimatum is the first short film written, directed and edited by herself. Her goal is to continue studying the art of cinematography and be able to participate on several other film festivals in the future to become a prestigious film maker.
